Tournament Format
Rules
Tournament will use the latest VTES core rules including all valid Errata and Ban lists for playing the game. For tournament structure we’ll follow the VEKN tournament rules for Standard Constructed Tournaments.
Allowed Cards
Cards in a player’s deck must be from a combination of any of the following sources 1) genuine Vampire: The Eternal Struggle/Jyhad cards. As this is a Nationals VEKN event NO PROXIES other than official self printed V:EKN issued cards (sets linked below)

Note that rules cards from Nights of Reckoning are legal for V:EKN play in both Constructed and Limited formats.
